Our Founder...
Ross J. is a seasoned cybersecurity and compliance expert with over 15 years of experience securing enterprise and government information systems — particularly cloud-based and hybrid environments. Before founding Dynamic Comply, Ross led security engineering, risk management, and compliance efforts for major federal agencies including the Department of State, Department of Defense, and Department of Homeland Security.
Ross holds multiple industry-recognized certifications including:
ISC2 Certified Governance, Risk and Compliance (CGRC)
Certified AI Compliance Lead Implementer and Auditor (GSDC)
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
He has built and led oversight programs, authored security frameworks, evaluated cloud systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and conducted in-depth assessments aligned with NIST RMF, FedRAMP, and ISO standards. His hands-on experience spans from cloud policy development to system security planning and AI-related risk assessments.
