EU AI Act Implementation

Helping You Navigate and Prepare for Europe’s Landmark AI Regulation
How We Help Implement the EU AI Act

1. Applicability & Impact Analysis

  • Determine whether your AI systems fall under the EU AI Act scope

  • Identify risk classification for each system (e.g., high-risk vs. limited-risk)

  • Map regulatory obligations for your use cases

2. Gap Assessment

  • Compare your existing AI practices to EU AI Act requirements

  • Identify areas of risk exposure or regulatory misalignment

  • Deliver a clear compliance readiness scorecard

3. Compliance Roadmapping

We build a tailored implementation plan covering:

What is the EU AI Act?

The EU Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act) is the world’s first comprehensive regulation focused specifically on the development, deployment, and use of artificial intelligence systems. It introduces a risk-based classification model, assigning AI systems into four categories based on their potential impact on individuals and society.

At the top, unacceptable risk systems — such as social scoring by governments or AI used for predictive policing — are prohibited outright. Next, high-risk AI systems include those used in critical areas like hiring, financial services, law enforcement, and healthcare. These systems are heavily regulated and subject to rigorous conformity assessments. Limited risk AI systems, such as chatbots or generative AI tools, are required to meet transparency obligations, ensuring users are aware they are interacting with AI. Finally, minimal risk systems — like AI-powered spam filters — face no additional regulatory burdens.

For high-risk AI, the EU AI Act mandates that organizations meet a range of requirements, including:

  • Implementing a comprehensive risk management system

  • Ensuring data governance and documentation

  • Maintaining logs and audit trails

  • Providing mechanisms for human oversight

  • Completing conformity assessments, obtaining CE marking, and registering the system in the official EU database

The regulation applies not only to companies within the EU, but to any organization placing AI systems on the EU market or whose systems affect EU citizens—making it essential for global businesses to prepare for compliance now.

Who Needs to Prepare?

The EU AI Act will apply to:

  • Organizations selling AI systems in the EU (even if based elsewhere)

  • Companies using AI in regulated sectors (e.g., banking, HR, healthcare)

  • Any business developing “high-risk” AI tools (by the EU’s definition)

  • Developers and deployers of general-purpose AI models (GPAI)

We Help You Stay Ahead of the Curve

While full enforcement of the EU AI Act will be phased in between 2024 and 2026, regulatory expectations are already shaping procurement, investment, and public perception.

At Dynamic Comply, we help you:

  • Build proactive compliance into your AI systems

  • Reduce reputational and legal risks

  • Position your organization as a trustworthy leader in responsible AI
